Magnesium and manganese

In case of deficiency due to lack of
magnesium can occur that the person
have confusion and desorientacion, also
irritability, nervousness, rapid pulse
tremor and cramps, foods containing
son:salvado, honey, vegetable magnesium green,
seafood, walnuts, seaweed, manies, tuna.
In the case of manganese deficiency the
reactions may be lack of muscle coordination
dizziness, loss of the audition, ringing in the
heard, manganese is very important for the
reproduction and growth.
Foods containing manganese son:banana
saved, celery, egg yolk, cereals, pulses, liver, nuts,
peas, whole grains.
