Include in our nutrition program
vegetables is very important to the largest
part of the vegetables are cooked before of
eat them, some can be eaten raw,
normally in salads in salad
the vegetables are mainly composed
of water.
Due to the large quantities of vegetables to
are consumed, they fail to provide 50% of the
total vitamin C, between 15 to 20% of the
Vitamin A, thiamin, niacin, iron, and also a
10% of protein and energy in food
They also provide about 50% of the fiber.
